It was created by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham. it indicates that the discovery of talent is divided into four categories

1: Open / arena
this is related to your reaction, emotions, personal skills, character.
In other words, it’s a talent you have and you know each other, it’s also known to others.
this is the easiest to detect because it does not require much work to unravel

2.blind spot
This is something you don’t know about yourself, but other people know about you.
The other person knows about the feedback you give when you have a conversation.
You can find out by interviewing them strategically the things you do well for everyone around you such as your parents, teachers, friends, co-workers, and all the people who know you well.

  1. Hidden area \ façade
    this is the information you know about yourself that is good for you.
    but it is not known to others.
    It is a unique talent that you do not share with anyone
    And all what they need from you is to disclosure.

  1. Unknown area
    The Information which is unaware to yourselves as well as others.
    This is the secret that you need to know.
